Instrument Introduction
Mainly used for rapid and accurate detection of organic matter content in organic fertilizers and raw materials. Using a quantitative solution of potassium dichromate sulfuric acid, under temperature controlled oil bath heating conditions, the organic carbon in the sample is oxidized. The remaining potassium dichromate is titrated with a standard solution of ferrous sulfate, and silica is used as an additive for reagent blank calibration. Based on the weight difference of the oxidant before and after oxidation, the titration device automatically processes and calculates the organic carbon content. The instrument automatically multiplies it by a coefficient of 1.724 and displays the concentration percentage of organic matter in the sample on the screen. 36 long test tubes can be placed, and 18 groups of samples can be boiled simultaneously (blank sample and sample are one group, single titration).

1. A. If the organic matter content is less than 3%, the parallel measurement result error is 0.05%;
b. The error of parallel measurement results for organic matter content less than 3-8% is 0.10-0.30%;
c. If the organic matter content of the substance exceeds 15%, the solid dilution method shall be used.
